Whether an absolute beginner or already quite experienced, we meet you where you are with dedication, structure, and compassion, helping you find success with strength gains, muscle building, fat & weight loss, healthy eating, quality sleep, and overall consistent healthy living.

As your partner, we regularly chat with you via SMS to provide friendly and ongoing guidance, motivation, and accountability. We build detailed workouts completely customized for you and on your schedule. We speak with you on the phone at least monthly to check in, answer questions, and dive deeper into your habits and progress.

Ryan Whitman, Founder and Coach

Growing up playing sports and competing in high school weightlifting, exercise and strength training have played a big role in my life. After college, I became intrigued further with healthy nutrition and natural lifestyle practices. It's clear to me that consistently making healthy choices can significantly benefit our lives, both in the immediate and long term. But it's also challenging. Many find it difficult to stay consistent through the ups and downs of life, not to mention the burden of knowing what to do and how to do it. That's why I created Helping Healthy: I've helped family and friends with their health journeys for years, and I endeavor to do the same on a much larger scale. Helping Healthy is a straightforward brand with a straightforward purpose: We help people live a healthy life. Monthly Accountability Calls

We'll schedule a monthly 30-minute phone call to check in and dive deeper into your exercise, sleep, and nutrition habits and progress. We're also available for additional calls throughout the month as needed.

Clear Guidelines for Healthy Living

Based on expert recommendations, we've created clear guidelines for exercise, sleep, nutrition, and other healthy practices. And we help you implement them effectively over the long term.

Regular Wellness Tips & Knowledge

There's a lot to know. We make it simpler by regularly sharing tips sent via SMS, so you're always learning and staying informed. The more informed you are, the better your decisions will be and the better you'll be able to take charge of your health.

Clear & Detailed Workout Instructions

Every workout includes instructions, video demonstrations, and tips to help you perform them correctly (see example ). You'll receive each workout a day in advance and we're just a text message away for questions or adjustments.

Our searchable library of 200+ exercises includes video demonstrations, descriptions, tips, equipment requirements, and affected muscles.
