During the Service sign-up process, you affirmatively consent to receive regular SMS messages from us by checking the designated checkbox and agreeing to this SMS Policy. By providing your phone number and opting-in to SMS, you give your express consent to receive both automated and manual SMS communications from us. SMS messaging is essential to the delivery of our Service; therefore, you must agree to SMS communication to utilize our coaching services.

We strive to provide valuable and relevant content through SMS and do not send spam or unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to the Service. Message frequency will vary, but you can expect to receive messages regularly as part of your coaching program. Depending on personal preferences, some users will receive daily SMS message.
Opting Out: You can revoke your consent to receive SMS messages from us at any time. To opt-out of SMS communications, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. Important: Please be aware that replying "STOP" will block *all* SMS communication from Helping Healthy. This means you will no longer receive *any* SMS messages from us, including essential account-related notifications. Upon receiving your opt-out message, we will promptly cease sending further SMS messages for coaching content.
Consequences of Opting Out: Please be aware that SMS communication is a core component of our Service. If you opt-out of SMS, you will no longer receive coaching content, workout instructions, wellness tips, or direct coach communication via SMS. Furthermore, as stated above, you will also not receive any account-related SMS messages. However, upon opting out of SMS, your account will remain active, and you will continue to have access to historical workout data and other content accessible through our website until the end of your then-current billing cycle. To fully terminate your Service and account, you must cancel your subscription separately through your account settings or by contacting us. If you opt-out of SMS, you will need to manage your account and contact customer support through our website or other non-SMS channels.
Re-enrolling in SMS: If you have previously opted out of SMS communications but wish to re-enroll, you may do so by contacting us . Re-enrolling in SMS messaging requires affirmative consent.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages sent from and received by your mobile device. You are responsible for any messaging fees or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier under your mobile service plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging plan and any applicable charges. We do not charge you separately for sending SMS messages as part of the Service; the cost of SMS communication is included in your subscription fee.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of your SMS communications. For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information related to SMS, please refer to our Privacy Policy . Please remember that SMS communication is not a fully secure method of communication, and you should avoid sharing highly sensitive personal or health information via SMS.
Helping Healthy is committed to complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and other applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding SMS communication. We obtain your express consent to send you SMS messages as described in this SMS Policy. We respect your preferences regarding SMS communication and provide clear and simple opt-out mechanisms as described in this policy.
This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We will update this document as needed. All changes will receive a version bump, with minor changes incrementing the minor version number (e.g. 1.0 to 1.1) and major changes incrementing the major version number (e.g. 1.0 to 2.0). All changes will be notated in a change log located in this document. You will be notified on our website of major changes.
