Either a weighted vest (distributing load across the torso) or a rucksack (aka weighted backpack, loading the shoulders/back). Both are used for loaded walking or hiking (rucking).
Beginner: Requires basic movement skills.
Unilateral (Alternating): Each rep alternates between one side of the body and the other.
